Extract invoice data to Excel
Retyping invoices is slow and error-prone: an invoice number, three dates, two addresses, a PO number, five line items and the totals — for every single PDF.
Invoices are read into two tables: one row per invoice with its fields, and one row per line item. US sales tax, UK and EU VAT, shipping and discounts are recognised, and the arithmetic is checked: quantity × price for each line, the lines against the subtotal, and subtotal + tax + shipping − discount against the total.

Questions
Which invoice formats work?
US, UK and EU invoices with sales tax or VAT, in English or Polish, with text layers or scanned. Layouts the built-in rules can’t read can be read with AI pages — new accounts get a few free ones.
What is checked?
Quantity × unit price for every line, the sum of the lines against the subtotal, and subtotal + tax + shipping − discount against the total and the amount due.
Is invoice data sent to an AI?
Not for invoices the rules can read. For unusual layouts, AI gets a masked sample of the text — never the whole file — and it uses AI pages from your plan.
