Combine many PDFs into one table

Thirty invoices from two suppliers means thirty downloads, thirty copy-pastes and a lot of checking which row came from which file.

Drop the whole batch at once. Files are grouped by layout — for example one group per supplier — each group is cleaned with one recipe, and the results land in one table with a Source file column, or in separate sheets if you prefer. Files that fail are listed, and you can retry just those.

How to do it

  1. 1Drop the files together (up to 3 per batch on the free plan, 100 on Plus).
  2. 2Check the grouping summary — for example “30 files → 2 layouts”.
  3. 3Download one combined table or one sheet per layout.

Questions

What if the PDFs have different layouts?
They are grouped automatically. Each group gets its own recipe and preview, so a UK supplier and a US supplier don’t end up in mismatched columns.
Can I mix PDFs with Excel and CSV files?
Yes. Every file is grouped by its layout, whatever its format, and files with the same columns can still go into one table.
What happens to a file that fails?
It is listed with a plain-language reason and the rest of the batch is still processed. You can retry just the failed files.
