Terms of Service
Last updated: October 28, 2026
These terms govern the use of Safitab, available at https://safitab.com. If a translation differs, this English version prevails.
1. General
Safitab (the “Service”) is operated by Patryk Plucinski, Roszków 63-200, Polska, support@safitab.com (the “Operator”).
The Service lets you upload tabular data files (Excel, CSV, PDF), clean them automatically and download the result. Services are provided electronically.
- “User” — anyone using the Service, with or without an account.
- “Account” — the User’s data and settings stored after registration.
- “File” — a file uploaded by the User; “Result” — the table produced from a File.
- “Layout” — remembered column names, table shape and cleaning steps, without values from Files.
- “AI page” — the billing unit for processing with an AI model (1 AI page = 1 page or sheet of a file; a scanned page read by AI = 4).
- “Plan” — the scope of services and limits described in Pricing.
2. Services
Without an Account you can process one File and see the Result. Downloading Results, processing more Files, remembering Layouts and history require an Account.
The scope of services and limits (files, pages, AI pages, retention) depend on the Plan, as described in Pricing and in account settings.
Processing is automatic. The Service shows its changes, flags places to check and — when a File contains totals or balances — checks that the Result reproduces them. You are responsible for reviewing the Result before using it.
3. Technical requirements
You need an internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and essential cookies enabled and — to create an Account — an active email address.
4. Account
Registration requires an email and password (or Google sign-in) and accepting these terms. Some features, including AI processing and payments, require a confirmed email address.
Keep your password confidential. You can delete your Account at any time in settings — this deletes Files, Results, Layouts and history.
5. Acceptable use
Uploading unlawful content or malware, attempting to bypass limits or security, and using the Service in a way that disrupts it are prohibited.
You confirm that you are entitled to process the data in uploaded Files. If Files contain personal data, you are its controller and the Operator processes it only on your behalf to provide the service (section 6).
6. Processing of data in Files
For personal data contained in Files, the Operator acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The Operator:
- processes data only to process Files on your documented instructions (uploading a File and actions in the Service);
- ensures confidentiality and applies the security measures described in the Privacy Policy;
- uses the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy and informs you of changes in advance;
- assists you with data subject requests and obligations under Art. 32–36 GDPR;
- deletes data after the retention period you set or on your request;
- provides the information needed to demonstrate compliance with Art. 28 GDPR.
7. Paid plans and payments
Prices of Plans and AI page packs are listed in Pricing. The seller and party handling payments (including VAT and invoices) is the external payment provider shown in the checkout window.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the next period (month or year) until cancelled. You can cancel any time in account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, until which the Plan stays active.
Plan changes mid-period apply immediately and the price difference is prorated by the payment provider.
Plan AI pages renew at the start of each calendar month and do not roll over. Purchased packs do not expire.
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the contract unless they agreed to start the service before that period ends and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal. Refunds are processed by the payment provider.
8. Liability
The Operator strives to keep the Service working correctly and continuously but technical interruptions may occur. Results are generated automatically and may contain errors, especially for scans and unusually structured files.
Towards non-consumer Users, the Operator’s liability is limited to actual damage and to the fees paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event. This limitation does not apply to intentional damage.
9. Complaints
Send complaints to support@safitab.com or via the contact form. The Operator replies within 14 days.
10. Changes and final provisions
Account holders are notified of changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the changes, you may delete your Account.
Polish law applies. Consumers keep the protection granted by mandatory laws of their country of habitual residence.
