Billing questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel with one click in settings. Your plan works until the end of the paid period, then you return to the free plan — your layouts and history stay.
What are AI pages?
When the rules can’t read a layout, AI helps — and each page or sheet it reads is 1 AI page (a scanned page read by AI is 4). Typical files need none. Plan AI pages renew monthly; packs you buy never expire.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which issues the invoice and handles VAT. You’ll find the invoice in your email and in the billing portal.
What happens to my files when I change plans?
Nothing gets lost. After a downgrade the new limits apply to future files, and retention shortens to the new plan’s limit.
Can I change plans mid-period?
Yes. The change applies immediately and the price difference is prorated by the payment provider.
Why are prices in dollars?
We bill in USD across the EU. The payment provider may show the amount in your currency and add VAT based on your country.
