Refund Policy

How to get your money back for a Safitab plan or AI page pack. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.

1. Subscriptions

  • First payment for a plan: a full refund on request within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed.
  • A renewal you forgot to cancel: contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it if the plan has not been used since it renewed.
  • Cancelling stops future payments; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

2. AI page packs

Unused AI page packs are refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Partly used packs are not refunded pro rata.

3. Consumers in the EU and UK

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, described in the Terms (section 7). This policy does not limit it.

4. How to ask for a refund

Write to support@safitab.com or use the contact form, with your account email and the order number from your Paddle receipt. The refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
